Thank you for choosing us to help you – we will do so to the best of our ability because we care. It may sound a bit “goody goody”, but that’s why we became clinicians and that’s what we love to do.

Please have a read of this page and the links provided and follow any specific advice given to you by your clinician. The information you receive from us helps to empower you to get better, faster. If you don’t follow the advice, you may struggle to improve as quickly as you, and we, would like.

Post Treatment Soreness

You may be a little sore for a day or so after treatment; this is quite common. If you are at all concerned, please contact us.

The vast majority of our patients come to us by personal recommendation (approximately 70%), so please – if you’re happy with your experience at active X backs there are three things that we’d really appreciate:

Charity Donations

5% of all new patient fees go to The Haemophilia Society and Compassion in World Farming.
Therefore, new patients = new donations.

Complaints

We hope never to have one, but we do have a complaints policy. Please contact Gavin Routledge directly in the first instance if you have any concerns, or call reception on 0131 221 1415 – your message will be passed on and Gavin will call you back as soon as possible.
